Microsoft Word Format

Adobe is the preferred format, please use this option only as a last resort. The report was prepared in Microsoft Word, and Word doesn't translate the heavy formatting, or the extensive footnotes or endnotes into Hyper Text Markup Language (html). In addition, certain programs including WordPerfect, WordPad, and others will not import Word's formatting, endnotes and footnotes. It is imperative that the 300+ footnotes are viewed properly with the document. If the footnotes do not show up, discard the file or use another application that shows the footnotes properly.
